US Metal Toy tin ratchet noisemaker made in the 1940s! Has original plastic handle and made in USA! Some very minor vintage halloween tin noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
