Really good condition with some blemishes/minor wear and tear (including one tiny tear on right side by handle), but no major issues!

As far as we can tell, this bucket (Empire Ghost Basket) first appears in the 1990 Empire Catalog and then reappeared in the Empire catalogs through 1998.
