There is wear and tear to the glass painted JOL itself including paint loss, painting flaking, scuffs, scratches, blemishes, etc. and some rust, blemishes, etc. on the metal. Did not light up during testing, but it may be fixable. Even without the light, this piece still displays exceptionally well due to the patina, as well as the original vibrant box which is completely intact! We've never come across one of these where the box was complete like this (usually it's been torn\/ripped or is missing the top).
