T. Cohn Tin Ratchet Noisemaker featuring a Spooktacular Art Deco style graphic, including a witch, Jack-O'-Lanterns, goblins & black cats, from the 1930s! This is the lesser seen green variant of the much more common orange and black variant. Typical noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts including wood handle and functions as it should!
