T. Cohn tin rattler black cat and ghost noisemaker made in the USA in the 1950s! Original wood handle, but it is semi-loose. Has typical tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
