Where are our products shipped from?
All of our products are housed and shipped from our warehouse in Nashville, TN, USA.
Shipping Timeline
We have both in stock items and pre-order items available on our site. If your order includes only in stock items, your entire order will typically ship within 3-4 business days; during our extremely busy season between June 1st - September 30th your order may take longer than 3-4 business days to ship. Please note that we are a small, family owned business and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, but we are not Amazon.
If your order contains both in stock pieces and pre-order pieces, then we will wait until all items are at our facility in Nashville until we ship your order. Due to high shipping costs, we are only able to ship your order once we have all your items. If you would like to receive the in stock pieces sooner, please place separate orders, one for the in stock items and one for pre-ordered items.
Shipping Price
We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but unfortunately, many of the items we sell are large and therefore cost a lot to ship. Unlike certain large corporations who offer free shipping, we do not substantially raise the MSRP to make up the difference. Most of the time, we eat a little bit of the shipping costs and pass on the savings to you, our wonderful customer!
Lost Packages
Eerie Emporium cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Signature Required
When your order is valued at $300 or more, we may require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
INTERNATIONAL
We are working to offer shipping to Canada in the near future. We hope to ship globally within a couple years.
