Refunds 

We hope you are 100% satisfied when you receive your Eerie Emporium items, but we know that may not always be the case. We have a 15-day window for returns on all items. However, please note that items must be in unused/undamaged condition (not missing parts, accessories, adapter, box, etc.) when we receive them back in order for you to receive the full refund. The original shipping charge will be deducted from the refund and a restocking fee starting at 15% may apply if your return does not meet the unused/undamaged condition criteria. We're pretty cool, so as long as you're honest with us, we'll work with you to resolve any issues!

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift card purchases or last chance items. Please get in touch with us at support@eerieemporium.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
