Additional Condition Notes: The phantom/monster at the top of the piece (inside the window) is supposed to roate, but does not! No other major issues noticed during testing, but may have standard Lemax factory condition issues (paint chipping/inconsistent paint job, blemishes, excess glue, internal components showing, loud animation/motors, etc.). Lights & sound work great. Original adapter, box and even the Michael's Spooky Town Catalog from 2009! Shelf wear from years in storage.
