Ranger Steel Products Tin Black Cat Sparkler noisemaker made in the 1950s! Has carnival / Halloween feeling imagery depicting a Black Cat Face! Typical vintage halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts. Does Not Spin, but could almost certainly be fixed by opening the piece and reconnecting the handle (plunger) to the internal components/mechanism (Inner spin wheel). Still a great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any Vintage Halloween Collection!
