Vintage Halloween Double Sided Paper Mache Jack-O'-Lantern with Stem & Face Inserts 

This hard to find and large ~ 8" tall double sided paper mache jack-o'-lantern is sure to be a focal point of almost all vintage / antique Halloween collections due to it's large size, two sides, vibrant colors, and (believed to be) all-original face inserts + wire handle! This item is in vintage paper mache condition with standard pulp wear (may include blemishes, candle wax, scuffs, paint loss, small rips/tears, etc.), including one major condition issue - the metal battery/bulb insert piece is missing and the bottom green cardboard insert has been glued in place, almost certainly by a collector decades ago. It's possible that the glued bottom piece may be removable with careful prying/cutting/tinkering, but that is a project that we will leave up to the final collector! Additionally, there has been some lightweight paper inserted into the JOL, probably to hold the face inserts in place. Made by Pulp Co of Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the 1950s, we absolutely love the stem, double choir boy expressions and painted facial features! Overall this piece is very vibrant and still displays exceptionally well!
