Vintage Halloween Kirchhof "Life of The Party" tin noisemaker made in the early 1950s! Has original wood handle (handle is loose)! Some minor vintage halloween tin noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. "LOUDEN" written on the inside of the toy. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
