Welcome to Eerie Emporium's auction for this rare, original 1940s Owl diecut with transparency made by Beistle of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania! At approximately 80 years old, this decoration features a sinister owl, dressed to the nines in a bowtie and collar. Beistle's design elements including the coloring, transparency behind the face and small details, as well as the unsettling facial expression on the evil owl, make this one of our absolute favorite Beistle diecuts! This sample is in used vintage condition with wear consistent with many items from the era including blemishes, surface tears, rips to the transparency, creases, scuffs, discoloration, tape, etc. However, we believe this piece of Halloween history still displays very well!
