T. Cohn Tin Ratchet Noisemaker featuring a Spooktacular Art Deco style graphic, including a witch, bats, a cityscape and moon! Made in U.S.A. in the 1930s! This is the orange, green and black Variant, with the green accents making this harder to find! Typical noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts, including the wood handle, and functions as it should! The 1920s/1930s style imagery of this piece makes it one of our favorites - add it to your vintage or antique Halloween collection today!
