US Metal Toy tin rattler noisemaker made in USA in the 1930s! Lots of wear/tear including rusting, an "M" drawn on the face of the piece, fading, blemishes, scuffs, additional wear/tear, etc., but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
