Vintage Halloween Paper Mache Witch on Broom (Believed to be from the 1980s)

Approximately 19.5" tall. We've had a hard time finding much information on this item. We've seen mention that it was most likely produced in the 1980s and may have been made in the Philippines. Vintage used condition with some wear and tear (blemishes, scuffs, paint loss, etc.), including one small rip on the back right side of the piece, but overall very sturdy considering age. Really wicked looking witch on broom that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
