This clown is in good vintage condition overall with standard wear and tear (blemishes/scuffs/fading/minor rusting, etc.). One of the wheel holder areas has a small plastic piece that is broken off, but as long as the clown is standing in it's normal upright position the broken off piece (underneath the clown on the base when one wheel connects) does not affect the integrity of the candy container.
