Green T. Cohn Tin Rattler noisemaker made in the USA in the 1940s! This piece features numerous jack-o'-lanterns set against a vibrant green background, and includes an original wood handle! Vintage Halloween noisemaker condition (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great display piece that would make a wonderful addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
