Vintage Halloween T. Cohn Tin Ratchet Noisemaker featuring a Spooktacular Art Deco style graphic, including a witch, bats, a cityscape and moon! Made in The U.S.A. in the 1930s! This is the orange and black variant. Minor noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.), has all original parts including the wood handle, and functions as it should.
