Kirchhof black cat tin ratchet noisemaker made in USA, most likely from the late 1950s or more likely early 1960s based on the plastic yellow handle! Typical vintage halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
