Vintage Halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) - has all original parts and functions as it should! Great display piece that's on the harder to find side of noisemakers. Would make an excellent addition to any vintage or antique Halloween collection!
