Vintage Halloween US Metal Toy Black Cat Noisemaker Ratchet Misprint / Error ~ 1950s/1960s

US Metal Toy tin ratchet noisemaker made in the 1950s or 1960s! Beautiful Mid Century Modern imagery with a spooky black cat face surrounded by witch hats and jack-o'-lanterns. What makes this one stand out is the fact it was printed extremely off center, leading to two visible circular patterns instead of one that is properly centered. We think this makes it a lot cooler and certainty rarer! Minor vintage halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
