US Metal Toy tin ratchet noisemaker witch made in the 1950s with original wood handle! Significant vintage halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should. Great starter piece (due to condition) that would make an excellent addition to any beginners vintage Halloween collection!
