US Metal Toy tin ratchet noisemaker made in the 1950s! Has beautiful imagery depicting an Owl holding a Jack-O'-Lantern on Branch! Typical vintage halloween tin litho noisemaker wear/tear (may include rusting, fading, blemishes, scratches/scuffs, dents, etc.) but has all original parts and functions as it should! Original green plastic handle. Great display piece that would make an excellent addition to any Vintage Halloween Collection!
