In good vintage condition with minor blemishes, but no major issues. Extremely vibrant colors and a very sturdy piece. Plaque measures 15" height, 18" width. Most likely from the late 1970s or early 1980s. Would make a Spooktacular addition to any vintage Halloween collection!
